In her day job, Jana is a nurse leader who specializes in technology and innovation. A critical care nurse by training, her passion is harnessing the power of technology to improve the care environment for healthcare professionals.

Outside of work, Jana is:

Informal coach to many friends, family members and colleagues on various topics: new parenthood, diet, exercise, breastfeeding, and career changes, to name a few

An avid athlete, Jana played college volleyball and ran marathons with Team in Training®.

Jana was born and raised in New York. She completed her two Masters' Degrees at Molloy College and her undergraduate studies at Adelphi University.

Dan is a healthcare leader who specializes in transformational change management, clinical operations, and major facility expansion planning. A hospital administrator by training with nearly 15 years’ experience, he has led large teams and large projects, and consistently delivers results. He is active in the community, serving on several local Boards.

Outside of work, Dan is the proud father of two boys and two rescue dogs. He is an avid athlete, with a particular interest in cycling, running, and weightlifting. Dan and Jana love interesting foods, craft beer, and visiting new places. They’ve traveled extensively and intend to do more with their children!

Dan was born and raised in New York. He completed his Healthcare MBA at City University of New York – Baruch College and his undergraduate studies at University of Maryland, College Park in the Honors program.
